If your Instagram account has been connected to Knversion Command Center, you can have your data removed at any time. Here is exactly how — and what we delete.
Knversion Command Center connects an Instagram Business or Creator account to read and reply to direct messages and comments, surface conversations in an AI-assisted inbox, and link a conversation to its marketing journey. To do this we store: the connected Instagram account ID and access token, message and comment text, conversation history, contact records (the Instagram user ID, plus an email or name only if the person provided one), and basic engagement metrics.
You can delete all of this. There are two ways to do it.
This is the fastest route and you stay fully in control. Removing Knversion Command Center from your Instagram settings automatically signals us to delete your data.
When you do this, Instagram notifies us through our automated callbacks at /auth/instagram/deauth and /auth/instagram/delete. Your stored access token, messages, comments, contact records, and conversation history for that account are then deleted from our storage. No further action is needed from you.

Please use the subject line “Knversion Command Center — Data Deletion Request.” We confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.
By either method we permanently remove the connected account’s stored access token, inbound and outbound message text, comment text, conversation history, contact records, and engagement metrics from our storage on Netlify Blobs. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
Note: deleting your data from Knversion Command Center does not delete anything from Instagram itself, and content already on Instagram is governed by Meta’s own policies. Brief copies may persist in encrypted backups for a short retention window before they expire, and we may retain a minimal record where required by law.
Knversion Command Center relies on Meta/Instagram (the data source), Netlify (hosting and storage), and Anthropic (AI inbox features such as summaries and draft replies). Deleting your data removes it from our Netlify storage; the providers’ own handling of any data they process is covered by their respective privacy policies.
