Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Knversion Command Center. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Knversion Command Center ("the Service") is a client-growth and booking application for coaches and high-ticket service businesses, operated by Kuba Redzisz ("the operator"). The Service is hosted at https://app.knversion.com.

The Service provides scheduling pages backed by your own Google Calendar availability, Instagram story production tools, a media library, marketing-link tracking and attribution, and a daily performance brief.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created for you by the operator. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell the operator immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

The Service is multi-tenant: each account's data is logically isolated so one account cannot access another's data.

3. Your content and data

You keep ownership of everything you put into the Service — your media, your copy, your client records, and the data pulled from accounts you connect. You grant the operator only the access needed to store, process and display that content back to you as part of running the Service.

How data is collected, stored and deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Connected Google account

Use of Google user data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, or in breach of any platform's terms (including Google's, Meta's or Instagram's);
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringing;
• attempt to access another account's data, probe or disrupt the Service, or circumvent its access controls;
• resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission from the operator.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a feature depends on a third-party service (Google, Meta, Netlify), interruptions to that service may interrupt the corresponding feature.

7. Fees

Where the Service is provided as part of a paid engagement with the operator, the commercial terms of that engagement apply. There is no separate self-serve subscription.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time — see Data Deletion Instructions. The operator may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. On termination, your data is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated to account holders, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
